Cubieverse V2.0.14 Patch Notes

Hi there hunters! This week we launch a new version of Cubieverse that includes a series of gameplay additions, bug fixes and general improvements. Let’s take a closer look!

Keep in mind that some of these fixes require a server upgrade to come into effect. Server maintenance is planned on Thursday February 29. Exact time to be announced later.

New features

1. New beginner tutorials have been added, replacing the old HQ upgrade system!
2. New in game broadcast system, making it more clear when servers will go down for maintenance etc…
3. Adventure Road March has been added to the game, who’s ready to walk to tier 30?
4. Players can now build their own Green User Vaults! These precious structures were previously hard to come by for some players, but now everybody has access to constructing their own. For more details, see Hunters Lodge 15.
5. Starting next Monday, builders will be able to upgrade their Green User vaults. Higher level = more Cubiecoin rewards!
6. Players on iOS can now use their Apple or Google accounts for 1-tap login to Cubieverse.

Improvements

1. More optimizations to the step tracking system for walking quests. If you previously struggled with walking quests tracking accurately, then we are looking forward to your feedback!
2. Improved memory management for lower end devices
3. Improved performance on lower end devices
4. Slight improvement on loading speeds

Bug fixes

1. Requirements for users to purchase Sushi Restaurant BPs have been corrected.

Various updates

1. The Hawaii Monument, aka Volcano Quest, is back online on March 4th! The Tiki Chief is once again welcoming groups of players on top of a volcano in Hawaii!
2. The Sushi Restaurant BP’s will get restocked in USA this week
3. In-game tags will be updated this week with recent data from OSM — keep an eye out for new tags in your area!
